Thank you for stopping by! I offer three different styles of handmade beaded jewelry that any Goddess can wear (yes, you are a Goddess!) The most common reaction to my jewelry is, "Stunning". I choose to use my jewelry as a reminder of different intentions because I love physical reminders of how I want to show up in my life. Sometimes I need confidence in a situation so I put on one of my statement pieces or wearing a silk knotted mala that I can play with during times of stress. Of course I make everyday jewelry that's easy and fun to wear. How do you want to wear jewelry? Is there an intention you want to carry with you? THE STATEMENT TALISMAN PIECES

These necklaces are bead embroidery and off loom bead weaving using very small seed beads. I choose the focal pieces for specific intentions, using semi-precious gemstones, handmade glass cabochons, or found objects. Accenting the piece is made up of gemstones, Swarovski crystals, Czech glass beads, handmade beads, found objects, Japanese beads, and seed beads.

• One creation takes anywhere from 60 - 80 hours of concentrated focus to finish. I use this time to relax and form an intention for each piece. 
• They are meant to rest on your upper chest, close to your heart. The "chain" on each side is approximately 9 inches so the top of the beaded part is 18-20 inches. The beaded "pendant" is usually 4 inches by 5 inches.
• They are not as heavy as they look and are quite comfortable to wear.
• I stich onto stiffened felt and glue the fabric on the back so all the thread is covered and sealed with the glue and fabric. I stich the fabric around the edge with beads for a finished look.
• I will fix issues such as clasps or if a bead comes loose. These are sturdy creations and I haven't had any problems with them coming apart. 

BEAD CLUSTER NECKLACES 

These are the most popular item I have ever made. I created this technique and have taught this class to hundreds of people. I weave wire and beads through a chain and build the cluster until it's balanced. I use seed beads, gemstone beads and chips, Swarovski crystals, Czech glass beads to coordinate with the pendant I use. I make the fused glass pendants for some of my clusters.

• They're approximately 18 - 20 inches and easy to wear. 
• They take 20 - 25 hours to make.

EVERY DAY SETS

We all need those fun bohemian pieces for every day and I love my knotted longer mala necklaces for that purpose. I offer sets of a longer knotted necklace with either a bracelet or short necklace. The gemstones and colors I choose for the sets have meaning. Gemstones are know for their energetic properties and colors evoke different feelings so if you are drawn to specific piece, there may be a reason for it. 

• The knotted necklaces are approximately 22 inches.
• Bracelets fit a 7 inch wrist.
• Shorter necklaces are 18 inches
• The sets take 15 -18 hours to make.
• I use silk cord for knotting and SoftFlex beading wire for stringing with a 6 lbs test weight.

I have the retail prices marked on each piece. This is the price that galleries will sell them for which includes their commission.

My love of color and texture spill out of my jewelry that is usually described by others as "stunning".  I use all of my favorite beads, gemstones, pearls, and color pallets. Some of my pieces feel cozy and homey while others make me feel confident and powerful. I wear a necklace as a reminder of the energy I want to carry with me. Having that reminder does help when a frustrating situation pops up. I don't know about you, but I need all the help I can get to stay positive at times. 

The jewelry I create goes beyond being stunning into symbolism. Each piece is created with an intent and purpose. I choose to see into life and gain wisdom through the symbols that appear in my life. I choose the magic in life. I use my jewelry as talismans because I think it's fun. Creating is fun, playing with beads is fun, and finding forever homes for my pieces is especially fun.

My creations me a lot to me so I take care in making them. I use the best types of materials for each piece and after 30 years I am a master craftsman so my jewelry is of outstanding quality. I use glass beads, gemstones, fresh water pearls, Swarovski Crystals, and handmade beads. I use brass, bronze, and gun metal colored wire and clasps that is lead free. The bead embroidery is done with Fireline on felt then backed with fabric which makes them super strong, I use silk cord for my knotted necklaces and Soft Flex beading wire for bracelets. I have been teaching how to use these supplies for a long time.  I also buy my supplies from small businesses in the Madison area and on Etsy.
